14-Day Returns

If your KIT gear isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the tear away tag attached.

If you choose a return for a refund, a flat $6 return shipping fee will be deducted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. If you need a different size or color, we’ll ship it out as soon as your original item is scanned by the carrier. If you would like to exchange for a different item, email us at info@kitactive.com.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right immediately.
